Petry Urban Grill accepts cash, Visa and MasterCard payment.

Our booking policy is as follows:

1. Reservation interval

The reserved table is yours for a limited time of 3 hours.

After this time, please have the table vacated. If you would like to extend this time, please contact us by phone on +40 770 225 226. We cannot guarantee changes on the day of booking so please let us know these details as far in advance as possible.

2. Delay

The reservation is valid a maximum of 15 minutes after the specified time of arrival. After this interval, the reservation is no longer valid.

3. Cancellation / change of reservation

We request that any changes to the initial reservation be communicated by phone to our reservation number: +40 770 225 226, at least 2 hours before arrival. Otherwise, the originally mentioned reservation data will remain valid.

In situations where you no longer honor the reservation, we ask you to cancel it by phone, at our reservation number: +40 770 225 226, every day between 10 am and 10 pm. Otherwise, the originally mentioned reservation data will remain valid.

 

Reservations

Booking a table at our restaurant is not mandatory, but is recommended. When booking please consider the following:

• The maximum number of people for a reservation is 70.

• The reservation of a table at PETRY URBAN GRILL is made by phone, by calling +40 770 225 226 or by e-mail: petryurbangrill@gmail.com.

• Depending on the number of people, the reservation must be done in advance, as follows:
  - between 1 - 4 people, the reservation will be taken at least 2 hours before;
  - between 5 - 8 people, the reservation will be taken at least 2 hours and 30 minutes before;
  - between 8 - 10 people, the reservation will be taken at least 3 hours before;
  - for 10+ people, please contact us on 0770 225 226 to arrange an appointment and discuss all the details of your booking.

 

Parking spots

We recommend parking on the street in front of the Incub Center building and its surroundings.
